Carlo Caci is Principal Security Designer and  Program Developer

 

Carlo's Resume of experience outlines an extensive background in physical containment and security system designs, for high risk operations throughout the world, during a career that spans beyond thirty years. Prior to that he worked in aligned technical environments, through association with major companies that manufactured and supplied vaults, safes, communications equipment, and electronic systems.

 

His designs and implementations of complete physical security programs, asset containment facilities, plus integrated, automated monitoring, surveillance and control systems, range from simple storage facilities, up to a 44,000 square foot depository for the storage of over $500,000,000 of negotiable assets, and from basic branch bank alarm systems up to multi-million dollar, multi-million square foot building and complex integrated automation systems.

 

His perspectives on topical technical security issues have been published in recognized industry magazines, like Bank Systems and Equipment, International Security Review, and he has had his commentary appear on the front page of the world wide edition of the Wall Street Journal.

 

His formal education extended to Brooklyn College, and has been entranced over these years by numerous specialized courses advancing his security program development and project management skills. His expertise is derived primarily from extensive experience, and repeated exposure, to a variety of major security projects, for a worldwide client base.

 

Carlo's industry knowledge, support, and educated opinion has also been utilized by many Law Firms, ranging from strategy advise, up through fact finder and expert testifier in court.

 

 

 

 PRINCIPAL/DESIGN Time [includes routine Office Staff Time]

 

· $220.00 per hour, for the first one hundred (100) hours
· $195.00 per hour for each hour after one hundred
· $1,760.00 per day, or part thereof, for time out of state
· $2,000.00 per day, or part thereof, for time outside the USA

 

 SUPPORT Time [estimate for Off-Staff Resources]

 

· $180.00 per hour for Associate
· $150.00 per hour for Project Manager/Trainer
· $120.00 per hour for Project Research/ Coordinator

 OFFICE STAFF Premium Time

· $35.00 per transcription hour
· $45.00 per production hour
· $55.00 per Visio illustration hour

 

 MANAGEMENT Time [available for Specific Assignments at]

 INDUSTRY EXPERT Time

          Sundry Fees

 

·     Assignments outside CSD Local Business Area are subject to an eight hour minimum

·    Over weekend, or holiday time during assignments is billable at half rate

·    'Stand-by' time is charged at: half rate in CSD's office - full rate at Client's location

·    Fees are net after client's satisfaction of any applicable country taxes

·    Time rates are per person are billable in one-quarter (1/4) hour minimum increments

·    Travel expenses outside CSD Local Business Area are reimbursable

·    Travel time between 9am & 5pm on business days is charged at full rate

·    Air travel on flights in excess of two (2) hours will be on business class

·    Mileage, when charged, is at $0.45 per mile or part thereof

·    Client purchases and disbursements paid through us are subject to a 20%  surcharge

·    Mark-up of 20% will be applied to fees for off-staff personnel hired by CSD

·    Invoices due beyond 30 calander days are subject to finance charge of a 1 1/2% per month

CSD Local Business Area is NJ, NYC, Long Island, Westchester and Southern CT
All expenses are charged at cost and reimbursable in the month incurred

PLEASE NOTE that the engagement of CSD is that of a corporation, and as such CSD personnel will be governed by CSD corporate expense reporting and travel policy, which may not necessarily be consistent with that applicable to client employees
